It is now a disturbing pattern that after you have any dealings with iinet support(or their other partner orgs) almost immediately afterwards there is a bombardment of scammers on the landline. AND THE SCUM WHO LEFT A HEAVILY ACCENTED MESSAGE ON OUR MACHINE>>>> KNEW OUR SURNAME! <<<< Clearly the TPG offshore Philipines support staff are selling or sharing customer data. Where are the Australian authorities? Why are these call centres allowed in the first place? The Min for Communications is enabling identity theft by default, so long as this is the staus quo. Australian TELCO companies, MUST BE MADE TO PROVIDE ONSHORE SUPPORT WITH POLICE VETTED STAFF
