Caller: Potential Scammer

I put my phone to private number and tried to return call x2 - no answer.
I put my phone back to display number - dodgy american waiting music - hung up.
No legitimate business refuses to accept private number calls

insisted that I'd signed up for but not activated "Quantient". when I asked what that was he said something about some way to make money (was hard to understand). I told him he sounded like a scam and hung up but I could hear him laugh at that remark.

Insisted that I signed up for trade market and refused to delete my detail off their system. Demanded to know my sensitive information and was adamant that I forgot to sign up and that I’m interested in making money..
