Telemarketers try all sorts of tricks to suck you in. You let a stranger into your home. Why let them into your phone. Call block them or save their numbers to a spam folder. Then you can ignore the d*ck heads and get on with life.

Upon further investigation I have found them to be telemarketers. Sorry if I made you think it was from some credit card company.
