what I don't understand is why they bother to call and then just hang up after I answer the call. If it's a telemarketing company why aren't they talking to me. Call and hang up doesn't makes any money (not that  I would buy something anyway)

Got a call from this mob, on the Do Not Call register as well.I wish these spammers would give up.

These people are "Unity 4" a telemarketing service who make calls on behalf of other people.www.unity4.comContact the donotcall register and they can ask Unity 4 to take you off their list.

Just rang Unity4 on 1300 886 489. The bloke I spoke to reckons it's not them, but then he wasn't 100% sure....  Anyway, I gave him my name and tel number and he said he'll make sure I'm removed from their phone list (if it's on there).  Not worried about giving my name and number as they're in the phone book anyway.

Out of interest, reading all these posts if the phone rings and you never answer it, how on earth are you ever going to know who it is???? Is australia completely full of absolute morons!

Next time the phone rings just answer it, if you dont understand or comprehend this read the instructions supplied with the phone!
