Caller: Immigration scammer

I didn't answer the call as I'm wary of 02 numbers, but they left a voicemail message which was in Chinese, followed by English saying they are from immigration and wanted to talk to me. I had previously looked into this as I've had many calls that are the same, and my research suggests that they are scammers.
