Lady saying she was from Woolies. She knew my first name and was asking for all my other details to 'verify if she has the right account' but refused to say what the call was about. Incidentally I was on my way to Woolies to get my click and collect order so I could have easily been scammed. It sounded convincing at the same time suspicious so be wary of these calls.

100% legit. Woolworths called as they forgot to give us 2 bags of shopping. Don’t ignore this number if you have recently bought from Woolworths.

As with the other comments, asked for my details and refused to say what the call was about. It was definitely a scam - ignore the comments here about this being a legit call. These comments have been made by scammers

I had a similar call. Man reportedly from Woolworths Online. Had my first name, wanted me to give him a whole bunch of personal details to confirm my ID before continuing with the call. I said, "no I'm not giving you my personal information." He asked if he could call back another time. I repeated myself and hung up. I had a woolies online order delivered that day, so could have easily been scammed. These people are so dodgy!

Said they were from Woolworths but the guy sounded shady as hell. Asked me for my details right away and couldn't tell me what they were calling about. I hung up on them.

At first I thought it was a scam so I didn’t answer as it was a Sydney number and I’m from Melbourne. However, they left a message stating they were from Woolworths and if I can call them back on 1800 000 610. After looking up the number first, the number given was legitimate and when I called, it was regarding an online order I’d just picked up. They had missed a couple of items on my order and asked if I’d like to come back for it or request a refund. I requested a refund which was processed on the spot and was emailed a $20 voucher for the inconvenience.

Legit Call. Missed first 2 calls. Called back. Asked me for order number, Name, and contact telephone number. Bags from order delivery had been left behind. They asked if I wanted refund or rescheduled delivery. Legit call.

This is a legitimate Woolworths Call Centre number. I ignored first call as no message left but it turned out my delivery order needed to be rescheduled as no driver.

Legit Woolies after bags weren't delivered and I called up about it at the store. They redelivered my bags at my request. They asked for my name and birthdate which is standard as it is linked with my Woolworths account, verification purposes. But again only give details out if you have a recent order with Woolies.

This is the Woolworths head office number. They called and asked for my date of birth and I wasn’t comfortable giving it so I called the official Woolworths number to check. They confirmed I was receiving the call because my order was being delivered early and they needed to get my permission to leave it. Woolworths call centre confirmed it was their number and safe to take if you have a Woolworths order.

This is a legit call from Woolworths online. I had placed an online order the night before for delivery today. He only really confirmed me by by name and no further details, he had told me my local store was having logistical issues and would i mind having my delivery the next day or a refund. I chose the next day as it there were no urgent groceries. He was very polite.

The sentence is clear, but it could be refined for conciseness and clarity:
Regardless of whether the calls are from Woolworths, this is definitely harassment due to the non-stop calls. I will not share any personal information with someone I do not know.

A young, unprofessional female claimed to be from Woolworths, asking for my last name, and email address. I had only received my order moments before. I asked what wa sir I regards to and she said my order. I told her I received in full when she was pushing me for my details. She replied ‘“are you sure about that?” In a ‘cutesy’ way. I hung up.
