This number rang us about 8.00 one evening. There was actually somebody there when we answered. It seems that it was a NewsPoll survey but who knows.

I also have this number (02) 8019 1386 ringing me, they hung up when I answered.

I am also registered on the do not call register.

Rang this number back and got the recorded telstra lady after 4 rings saying "We regret to advise the number you have called is disconnected or unavailable..." so i'd say its telstra.

I think this is a call diverted from an overseas call centre - probably trying to sell us something we don't need. I agree with the above person who said they dial 10 and hang up when more than one answers ....

my message bank captured this number. Every day at 2-3pm I get these calls from 028xxxxxxx numbers. They are dialing probably 10 at a time and hang up if more than one answers.
I think it is Telstra too... especially if you are a client, as I think the do not call does not apply in that case.

Got a call tonight from 80191386 while I was out. My number is unlisted. Presumably this is a telemarketer, probably using VOIP. If it calls again, I will answer and find out who it is and publish it here.
