I think it's Optus, though they just spoke to me a while ago (on a different number)- I refused their upgrade so maybe it's another hard sell...They love to use your name every 8 seconds or so.

Got a call from them too.... they call on behalf of other companies. My call was in regards to westpac bank offering me a new product.
