When I answered the first time and asked who it was and what was the call regarding, it was an Indian lady who answered saying something about an insurance survey. When I said I wasn't interested, she said it was not a sales call. Since then they've been calling me 3 times a day, and not leaving any voicemail. I now have this number blocked.

Same as all other experiences here - they have been calling me over a period of weeks with no message!

Often get these go through to voicemail. They leave messages HELLOHELLOHELLOHELLO and hang up. Bizarre and persistant.

Possibly the most ridiculous suggestion I have ever heard. How can a Telco stop calls? It's like unwanted calls and emails, some companies take no notice of complaints or "STOP" calling registers because they operate on a rotary dial system and the person calling doesn't know the number they are calling because the auto dialler simply dials the next number.

They called 2 days ago, called yesterday and called again today, answered and it was someone trying to sell something. They have joined my blocked list!

i had a missed call yesterday and two today from this number.

These calls are coming to a business number and I am sick and tired of getting them and having them hang up. This number needs to be investigated and I will definitely be blocking it

Like everyone else here I've been plagued for weeks by their calls - two or three times a day. What I'd like to know is why we don't hold bloody Telstra responsible for stopping nuisance calls such as this. The companies ("life-style surveys, etc.") making them are obviously off-shore out of the reach of Australian authorities BUT Telstra isn't. I believe it should be their responsibility to act on customers' complaints and take action to prevent nuisance callers from using their Australian network and connections. I would go further though. I would like to see introduced a federal law granting to consumers the right to a statutory rebate from their bills of a nominal sum, say $15 or $20, from utilities such as Telstra who fail to take effective action on complaints from customers within a reasonable period.

i had a call today on my mobile too. scam caller i think. lots of unknown calls in last 2 weeks. now this number. stupid morons must think we are all stupid.please someone stop these people.

it called my mobile 3 times today 1 I answer it hung up on me, then i ring them from my landline then they hung up on me .so I check the number and found this thank you for the advice i'm going to block it (02) 8015 7634

Twice this number called my mobile today. I tried to answer it but no one there? Then it just hung up (probably a good thing!). I won't even bother trying in future.

Highly annoying, have put on my reject list.

when they rang for the third time i dont hang up so that keeps their phone from ringing anyone and if you dont need your phone for the day they end up with a substantial bill

Answered a call from this number today - wasn't anyone there at first and I hung up just as I heard someone say hello. Looked it up and found these posts - I have blocked it

Called at 6 am (wa time) asking for 'julie'
Simply said (in a pretty pissed off tone)
That they had the wrong number and they were calling wa so it wasn't even 7 am and to not call again

This number (02) 8015 7634 makes me angry. They call me my mobile too many times. Stop calling me. I always blocked but come back again. Back off.
