My husband had the same experience today. Indian accented person answers with “hello”. Number appears to be ringing overseas. No money taken from our account and we have blocked this number

This is supposed to be Norton Security, but they answer only with hello. Trying to cancel this for past 3 years but they keep sending email saying they have taken funds from my account. Every time I am assured that it is cancelled & that funds not yet taken. Today they insist that only way to cancel is to download their app which I refuse to do & they hang up
