call back scam

Keeps ringing landline, never leaves a message

Claiming to offer electricity/gas reduction in bill. As I don’t have bills in my name but they used my first name clearly my details have been I sold for cold calls.

I received a call from this number, but I did not ring back.

Rang landline, not answered as calls from this area are blocked. When rung back, message sates that this number cannot accept incoming messages at this time.
