Telstra has informed me this number is run by scammers who tell you they work for Telstra when they don’t.

Bigpond directed me to this number. No scam but buyer beware as they want payment BEFORE the work done, don’t issue an invoice, quite pushy etc

Caller: (02) 8007 4194 i called them and later on i got to know that its official bigpond support , so i want to correct you that its an bigpond technical support number
