Caller: indeciferable rang saying that we had fluctuations showing and that we were a loyal customer and wanted access to our computer, i told him i wassn't comfortable with that. I asked him what were the fluctuations or problems, wouldn't answer. Couldn't get rid of me quick enough and said I could ring back.

Said they were from Microsoft security and I had been compromised and wanted to access computer to fix it. Rang me 3 times after I kept hanging up.

Caller: James Hester It was a scam. He reported that our computer had been compromised. We were trying to install TrendMacro and he rung saying he could see we needed help. We paid over $500 to update the program only to find out it was a scam. We don't believe Trend Macro was involved.
