yeah had the same call, they want a crazy amount of detail, could be identity theft types. I spent a long time on the phone with them and theyre stubbornly trying to get my details so I had some fun with them

They say they are from Telstra, even though I don’t use Telstra. Asked me to repeat my phone number using my voice and tell them my phone account number. They say they are offering 20% discount on Telstra

I missed the call tried to call them back no response ! They would not get far with me as in my past job position I would deal with such scammers
