as above, but said i'd be cut off internet for 15 days. Actually gave me his supposed Telstra employee ID no and their nth Sydney address, and said if I wanted to check I could ring this number...but the number my caller ID offered was different...and also a scammer (02) 5616 0105)

Indian sounding voice, said they were from Telstra technical dept. They said that my IP address had been compromised and hackers were trying to access my computer. Said if my IP address was not changed then They would be disconnecting me for 3 months. They phoned a 2nd time using mobile 0432 823 278
