Caller: Pre recorded tax scam

No formal intro, starts mid message tax avoidance, receipted letter has been returned unsigned. Need to call number and press 1 immediately to prevent warrant for arrest

Does anyone know who keeps calling from this number?

Caller: The ATO apparently

This has already been blocked on my phone, but they left a message stating that they would put out a warrant for my address for tax evasion.

Obvious scam is obvious :D

Caller: Belligerent Bastard

Deceptive and Mis-leading conduct by the caller on message claiming blah blah blah going to arrested and need to call back. Execution word used is enough to claim them to be a Terrorist call center.
