Called me and left a message, said I hadn't filed my tax return, that if I didn't ring them back immediately a warrant for my immediate arrest would be issued. Needless to say I didn't call them back.

SCAM .....from this number WATCH OUT!!(02) 8006 1439 Called me yesterday at around 4.30 and launched in to this speel about virus and bugs on my computer, thing is i dont have a computer it's an ipad. He hung up fairly promptly...Microsoft don't hang up on you....Hasn't rung back either....funny that!!!look out for this number...they are not microsoft, or "windows support team" or "technical engineers" or anyone other than scammers after your personal details..

They were really pushy when I didn't give them what they wanted, which was I can get into your computer and fix your malware problems. Do not trust them , Microsoft is aware of it, they told me that we would never call nor ask for details, dodgy people, don't get caught...report any contact you have to police. By the way they give their address as number 1 epping road Ryde nsw which I googled and found out that it's Microsoft address. They are convincing, never ever give any details of acc or personal info over the phone. They will also address you by name, which is weird but don't be put off and trust them. They are foreign and difficult to understand. Hopefully people haven't been done already because these f&$Ks are convincing.

got a call today and took a while to hear the alarm bells ring
pulled the plug on them. Where do they get all the information from????? A BIG SCAM Supposed to be Microsoft windows customer service Ronald white MWIN 630K the call came from an non displayed number,
Received call from two Asian guys from Microsoft Windows Users Tech support wanting me to open my computer to show me how to get rid of certain viruses and error codes. I refused to go any further without checking them out and switched my computer off. My son referred me to "whocallsme" and after reading all of the above I reckon I got it right........... Get stuffed scammers!!!!

I fortunately did not lose any money nor give any details, however it would be easy to see how people get caught, i.e old people, people with limited computer skills etc. this is a dangerous con. Once they have remote access to your computer they can access your BANK details, personal information, the list goes on and on...and hey, once they do obtain your bank details and other sensitive personal information they then charge you for the priveledge via your credit card for the services they put onto your computer and all the "malware" they "removed." Note also the spelling errors in bills post, bill you are either very niave about your personal information and computer sercurity? or more likely your actually involved in this scam. i suspect the latter. Game is up. For all legit people reading this go to scamwatch and see how cunning they are. Spread the word.....to as many people as you can.
