Caller: Email this number is provided as a call back number for Norton / PayPal refund scam. The email states that you have been charged $675.99 AUD. "We're pleased to confirm your recent purchase with Norton. Your reference for future inquiries is your invoice number, 39418344. If you have any billing concerns, please ensure to retain a copy of your invoice receipt and reach out to our dedicated support team."
Check your bank details and no such transaction will have occurred. Do not call the number as they will insist on remotely connecting to your computer to supposedly arrange a refund. They will then ask you to login to your bank and if you do - they now have full access to your accounts which they will empty. This is a common scam usually from Indian contact centres and plenty of details are available on YouTube ie Perogi aka scam baiter.
