Lawsuit against me, to call them back

called and said someone has filed a lawsuit against my name. says to call them back. an obvious scam.

Automated message saying that they were from the ATO and if I didn't all back on the number a warrant would be out for my arrest.

Automated - male American accented - robot voice stating he is from "ATO" and that there is a lawsuit case filed against your name [doesn't have your name] and if you dont call them back they will have to issue an arrest warrant under your name and "get you" arrested.

Robocall stating "there's an open lawsuit against your name" and to call (02) 8005 7316 immediately, or an arrest warrant will be issued against you.

Total scam, do no call back.

Just a scam, don't be sucked in by it. This is clearly a freshly issued number. Robot voice says they are the ATO and they will arrest you if you don't call back. Scam scam scam.
