DO NOT AGREE TO IT OR PAY FOR ANYTHING it is a load of s**t and i got scamed taken all my money do not do it.

The guy that called me was named Thomas Wilson and said that he was from the Department of Fair Trading and that I was entitled for the refund from the bank and that I had to pay a 10% fee of $900 payable to the Queensland Government.
