Caller: They said they from pay pal They make you put a app on your phone so they can get into your phone then tell you to open the bank app trying to help with a transaction that you didnt make

Caller: Denise Stinden Received email stating that I had bought an I phone today through E Bay and paid with Pay Pal. Was given this number to cancel/query order. No record at Pay Pal. Obviously scam.
