YES IT IS A SCAM.Under no circumstances give these people access to your computer.They get you to open a certain file on your computer and then they say "OH you have a lot of viruses, sir..."It's a normal error file which exist on every computer. Just tell them to get F@#$%ed. It's the only way to get rid if them... or tell them you have an iMac, ha, ha.....

On Monday 15 November, at about 6pm I had an unsolicited phone-call from a person with an Indian accent who introduced himself as a representative of a company named Techsupportkol.com, who said they had an office at 64 George St in Sydney, also in Bradford, UK. He told me my computer had a security problem which his company would be able to fix and asked me to open my computer to have a look at it.Sounded like a scam.

A person named Kelvin Jhons he told me that my computer getting slow day by day and he connect my computer to their department and fix up all the problems. I have satisfied with my computer after that. He also call to me after 15 or 20 day to know the status of my computer.

These guys contacted me today - actually another household member took a message: I was out. Basically the same speil as reported above, but this time they're using (02) 8003 4343.  I'm in Tas, BTW.They knew my surname but not, so far as I know, my given name.

I had call on this number about my E-mail problem. They connect my computer with their technical department and fix up my problem but for this i had to pay a nominal amount.I assured that they are not scam.
