techsupportkol is a complete scam. they operate from India.I am getting reported by Queensland police and also they are tracing all the phone calls to find the victim.

hahaha,  that clown just rang me too, I have known about this for sometime too.  I thought I would play with him and let him go on and on for 15 minutes.  Then I let him know that I am a Systems Engineer and have been an MCSE for over 10 years, he was preaching to the wrong choir and should be disgraced with himself.  He got pretty upset and told me I was "bullsh*tting" him, sounded pretty funny in an indian accent too.  He then had a hissy fit and hung up.  Definitely made my night as I know that whilst he was being tied up with me he wasn't harrassing some other poor bugger.  I feel sorry for those out there who do not know about it.  Cheers, Jason

I got a call from techsupportkol.com about my computer. A person named Kelvin Jhons he told me that my computer getting slow day by day and he connect my computer to their department and fix up all the problems. I have satisfied with my computer after that. He also call to me after 15 or 20 day to know the status of my computer.

I got a call from these same "computer support" people. I led them on a bit and when he thought I was going to take the bait, he transferred me to his supervisor. I took the opportunity to put him on speaker and put the telephone in front of the radio. Later on they rang back and left a message on the answering machine. He told me to ring (02) 800 51494. I googled the number and found this page. There's no way I would give access to my computer to these fraudsters. I still have the answering machine message if anyone wants it.
