Yeh they want you to open www.teamviewer.com this will allow access to your computer if you tell them your ID & Password... What ever you do do not do this... they can copy all your files as they will try to upload a program that every time your online it will send data like PASSWORDS, CREDIT CARD INFO etc.

9.30pm they called me saying they are Telstra Technical Service. When I questioned why they were calling so late - he said my computer was downloading on it's own causing them issues. I said my Internet is not with Telstra and also has been switched off for the past two days. He tried it in some more. Scam!

this is a Scam call saying that they are telstra, they will ask you to go to your computer.
