The guy (unidentified and with thick accent) claimed to be from Telstra, saying that my account (I have no Telstra accounts) has had the email changed, and demanded (multiple times in a raised voice) that I provide my DOB and email address to "secure my account."

Said he was from Telstra and made an offer. I asked him to email me. He said he'd text me and I should click on a link to verify. All spoken rapidly in foreign accent.
