This number appeared in a fraudulent email supposedly from PayPal, claiming that I had made a purchase using PayPal, and to call this number to cancel the purchase. Obviously this number is associated with the scam or phishing attempt, probably trying to get PayPal details. The email has been reported to the PayPal organisation.
