Caller: False Bill Scam False bill pretending to be from Paypal for $700. Do not contact them.

Didn't receive a call, but did receive a scam email with that number listed as the "Customer Care" number, and the "Refund Team" number. The fake email pretends that it is confirmation that payment is received, and to contact them for a refund.
