This is a scam, do not answer. They say you will get government loans if you pay them. They ask you to pay invoice through paypal and then nothing happens after that. You loose your money and don't get any loans either. I have complained to paypal about this and will be getting my money back. This is their scam website: http://australiangovernmentbusinessfunding.org/
