Caller: "Jane Morris" Did not state what company she was calling from, had a Filipino accent and asked if I knew about the ACT Smart Scheme. This is not the first such call I've had - purports to be offering discounted electricity bills. Said I was eligible if I lived in the ACT. When I advised I no longer live in the ACT she said I was not eligible but still rabbited on about discounts. I hung up.
