Called saying my energy company...he seemed to know my details there...would be giving me 17% reduction on my energy bill as an 'early payment' bonus...very insistent,,annoying

Pause, beep and says goodbye in a recorded voice - just block

Guy with a think indian accent said something like "you are the land owner, correct?" I asked what land, and he said "land in NSW or ACT" I said nope and he hung up directly.

No response when phones is answered. Caller and the reason for call are unknown to me.

After a long pause, a beep, then a recorded voice says 'goodbye' very odd
