Caller: Telstra Technical Service They told me I had to go to google & enter an address in the URL address bar. Sounded like a small foreign with people in the background saying the same thing to other people. Told me 3rd parties are trying to access my phone and I will be responsible for what they do.

If you call back (on Skype), even straight away, they don't answer. Just another scam by the sound of it. Block 'em!
