Checked on 02 8000 22.. and 02 8000 xxxx came up as many possible scams. Will wait to see if other people comment before blocking.

I Answered an Asian guy on the line said his name was Chris. He was offering a car loan or Business loan- Beware can hear its a call center. wouldn't trust them as they rang me. Don't trust unsolicited phone calls.

Actually (02) is NSW area code. Not overseas.

i had the same call this afternoon - I asked her to remove our number from their list - will see what happens

Female voice, Indian accent. Very hard to understand but enquiring about Solar panels.

Answered the call and it sounded like a call centre noises in the background. The man calling said they offered personal and business loans. When I said not interested he hung up.

I had a missed call from this number, no message left. From all the other feedback l'm aware it's a scam. Sick to death of them!

Indian call centre using fake Sydney phone number. Selling personal loans from 2.99%
They told me they were in North Strathfield.
I asked what their Australian Credit Licence Number (ACL) was. They hung up.

Rang number back because I missed it , they didn't leave a msg but I was expecting an (02) call.Wouldn't ring through and msg said," the number you dialled is not connected , check the number and dial again.Obviously a scam!!

Rang my landline number and when my mother answered, whoever it was hung up on her. Am fed up with these Asians ringing! I just want to live a peaceful life and be left alone!

Unable to provide a real business name. Unable to put me through to a manager. Said they got my phone number from a 'survey' which I do not take part in, and refused to give me any further information.

Got missed call. I called back but it said "your call couldn't be connected". Scam I would say. Blocked it
