Caller: SCAMMER - Claim they're from Telstra This caller claimed they were from Telstra and were calling me in relation to my internet connection. They stated that my online activities had been monitored by hackers and they wanted to help me fix this situation. Clearly this was a SCAM as I don't have a Telstra account and I'm trained to spot these calls. I asked her which country she was calling from. She hesitated then said Bangladesh. She then hung up. Please be careful.

This was an Indian women saying she was calling about my Master and Visa Card. When I said I could not understand her, she very rudely asked if I was deaf. Well you can imagine the earful she got at that point. The blocking device is a wondrous thing isn't it? .

Caller: Scammer Claimed to be Telstra. Claimed unwanted files were being downloaded to my network. Claimed my ip was public and he would talk me through every step to fix it 🙄 my baby started crying so I had to hang up but it would have been fun seeing how far their scam goes.

Caller: Claimed that they were from Commonwealth bank Call was from a call centre because of the amount of people talking in the background. Claimed he was from the Commonwealth Bank and that I have had a suspicious transaction deposited to my account for $400.29. Well surprise surprise I don't have a Commonwealth Bank account so I told him the only person who is suspicious here is you. He said thank you sir. I hung up. I had a similar call a few weeks ago and tried to contact the Commonwealth Bank to advise them. After waiting on for 30 minutes I hung up. So much for trying to help the CBA.

Says was from Commonwealth Bank calling about a security issue with my account - I don't have one with them. I called him out as a scam & he was very defensive asking why I wouldn't want to know about the issue
