Caller: I don’t know Sounded like an Indian call centre. I hung up and they rang again and I didn’t answer. I checked the message left and it was just chatter in the background of the call centre.

the guy said that Australian government decided to upgrade hot water system for home owners and asking what kind of home I won. Just replied I do not won any home and he thanked me before disconnecting.
