scam call from amazon telling me i had ordered an iphone 11 and to authorise payment for $700. assuming it was from India

Received a call, flagged by my blocker as "Suspected Spam", on Feb 11 2022. It is part of my 'digital religion' to never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize so I let it go to voicemail - caller hung up immediately, so I've blocked the number. Interesting that over the past week, scam/spam calls from landlines, after a long break, have started again. It's a sad state of affairs when one can't confidently answer their phone and inboxes are constantly bombarded with SMS scams, usually flubots.

Voice message saying dial 1 if I didn’t order an iphone

I received a call from this number but didn’t answer it. If some genuine rings me, they can leave a message. No message so I’m guessing this call would have been some sort of scam.

Automated message supposedly from Amazon regarding a suspicious transaction on my Amazon account. SCAM, SCAM.

Called and hung up as soon as I answered. Spam.

Delay between hello and voice activation.sounded like a recording.femal voice.Claimed to be from Amazon.
Told charges were being made if not me to press 1
