Supervisor from Epson Customer Support Australia called mobile at 1:44pm AEST on Monday 8/4/2024 in response to a message sent online for their lack of service over the weekend. Their website hours are incorrect and the staff member who took the call could not provide help to fix the printer to get it to print. Tried to call the repairer they sent me to and all 3 of their phone numbers either don't answer or hang up on you before speaking to anyone.

At first, I’ll admit. Thought it was a scam because they had a really heavy Indian accent, but their identity was confirmed when they mentioned an email I’d send them word for word.
It’s Epson Customer Service, Most likely calling about a fault repair or replacement.
