Caller: Cover U? or CovaU??

lots of missed calls & hang ups...rang back and voice message said 'welcome to cover u'??

Company is Cova U Energy? When I told them I have no interest in switching my energy suppliers, the caller said no, we are not asking you to switch. Then I said I don't have time but caller was very persistent wanting to know when to call back. He eventually said that they are offering financial support for energy bills. *ALARM* I told him to not call me again and asked where they got my number from. He said from their system (great.) I told him to remove me from their call list.

Caller: Energy company

Called our business saying they were an energy company and wanted to speak with the person who handles our electricity or the owner. When informed that they weren't in today, the scammer asked when would be the best tome to contact. I said it would be best via email. They proceeded to note down the email address, nothing further was said. This is obviously a scam, because each time I would answer their question, they answer with "Okay, no worries" and then continue speaking as if reading from a script.

Scam this phone number has been ringing me for the last few days.

I told them not to ring my number again or you will talk to the police.
But they still keep ringing me. do not answer to this number.

Called the business number i work at and hung up

Called our business saying they were CovaU Energy and started asking about our electricity provider.
Hung up while he was prattling on as it became obvious it was a scam to get our banking details.

Keeps calling on Shopping Centre number we have to answer. Have told them numerous times not to call. Left them a 1 star rating on Google, suggest everyone does the same.
