Caller: Samsung I've been ignoring survey requests from Samsung via email regarding a recent issue with a phone, they called off this number to check in for feedback on my experience as I hadn't completed the online survey yet.

Caller: Samsung Asked questions for survey follow after recent Samsung repair. Fairly basic questions, nothing that raised any suspicions. Worth noting that for answering 5-6 questions, they send an email to you for 10% off Buds, Watch or Gear.
