Big scam. But I got a chuckle.
The person provided her name and the company.
After the initial pleasantries, went on to ask my name, address and date of birth.
Me: sorry, you called me, I’m not going to give you anything. Tell what you have on file and I’ll tell if they are correct.
She goes: we cannot give you that due to Australian Privacy Laws.
Me: exactly! YOU called me, not giving you anything.

It's a debt collector, they're grubs but if they're calling I guess you owe money somewhere and better to sort out now rather then later

I dont know this number, they dont leave a message, I think they have tried calling me on multiple numbers. one says it comes from "Strategic Collection" but I dont have debt or owe any money anywhere to anyone. I only just got this new phone about half a year ago and have only made my new phone number known to a few relatives and changed my phone number on a few services to do with banking and online shopping.
So I have no idea what this is about or how in the world I could be in debt, I am broke and live pay check to pay check and spend within my budget.
I guess it is a scam call.
