Constantly ring and fail to leave messages. Suspected scam

Received dodgy SMS saying I'd been in car accident on 31/01/2023 from ARMA INSURANCE, screenshot message and blocked number knowing full well it was a scam. Then an hour later this number calls and goes to recorded message saying it's an insurance company *no name used though* and that the call will be recorded and that I'm the 2nd caller in line. I hung up before 30secs. Definitely a SCAM!
