i had a refund for a faulty galaxy device. They said they wanted a customer feedback for the refund process.
they did ask address/full name and phone number. Seemed legit but we never know.

Suspect Samsung as I recently completed a Survey after using their support, and the call came through the minute I completed the survey. As I could not understand a word they were saying I just hung up

Judging by the comments, it's definitely Samsung. I had recently cancelled an order from them. They can email me if they want feedback.

It's the 159th spam call I've received in the past 15 months..........

This number must be reported to the police. Better block it.

Tried to call back after missing call and the call failed. Started happening after getting Samsung phone fixed under warranty.

Called three times in one week. Left no message. I have not had a Samsung phone repaired.

Seems like Samsung product return/warranty feedback. They don't leave messages.

I had a faulty Samsung TV which was repaired by a Samsung Onsite Warranty Contractor in Canberra last week. I missed this call today but it seems likely to be a legit' call from Samsung to confirm the repairer has done their job to an acceptable standard.

Has rung and hung up 4 times in as many weeks. Probably a spam/scam. Will be blocked.

Continually call every week but leave no message. They've now been blocked

I sent away my faulty Samsung product and this was Samsung ’product review’ on the the repair went and if I was happy with the service.

They did call a couple times and it hung up straight away..

The person asked if I jad my samsung galaxy sent to reapir and wanted to do a survey....asked which store I bought the phone and hang up
