I called this number back from a different number than my own. It went straight to a voicemail of an Australian sounding woman saying "Our business hours are between 10:30am and 4:00pm". No mention of business name and no option to leave a message.

Caller: A lady ( same as mailbox voice)

She asked for my insurance and details for an accident...
she didn't even know my last name but tried to ASK me 😂🤣😂

Caller: Supposedly RACQ insurance claims

I also called back. same message, despite them calling me after 4pm

First called claiming to be RACQ. Then sent me a message as RACV re: a claim

NRMA, genuine call

How do you know? The woman I spoke to knew it was about a car accident and it was through RACV. Checked my e mail and said I’d receive a letter

Found this to be a recovery centre, possibly for car accidents.
