i receive some message, Called number back, received message "Call could not be connected

Tried to call it back telling me that the number is disconnected

Was called today and they left a message with the first part missing as if the recorded message started before my message bank kicked in. I apparently had an arrest warrant issued due to my name being use in mutiple id's in my name. The message stated it was from the Home Affairs office.

Caller: Scammer pretending to be from ATO

Call started with a recorded message that several warrants were to be issued for my arrest and to press 1 to speak with someone. Scammer with a thick Indian accent answered and new my full name and an old address. He advised that the ATO had performed and audit covering the last 5 years and that I owed $2900. I could take the matter to court or presumably I could pay him the money today and the matter would go away. Needless to say I hung up!
