Caller: Somebody named Alex

I suspect that the caller may be impersonating an advertising company called "Rain Pro Advertising," claiming to represent Google Business. The caller has an African-French accent and speaks politely, yet lacks a credible business background, as their questions are irrelevant to any legitimate business matters. I strongly believe this is a scam, and I advise against answering calls from this number.

Rainbird pro advertising? Asked to speak to someone who didn’t work here put them on hold and they held it for about three minutes so they were fairly desperate. Felt like a scam.

Trying to sell advertising-are you the business owner. The web site is one where I don't have permission to make decisions anyway. What is suspect is how they got my name and number. The delay to get connected when I answered my mobile is also suspect, but I was on a loud bus. Matches the September 5 report. They rang again at the designated time after I checked Reverse Australia. Managed to find out how they got my name and personal mobile number, then they were told to............(not polite.)
