Foreign sounding caller saying a member of my family has overpaid on a mortgage or loan and they are sending me a claim pack to reclaim it. Said he was from the ministry of law and justice. Person he refers to is a member of my family and he got the address right too, but person has learning difficulties and has never had either. Got quite adamant when I challenged him and then it all went quiet so I hung up. Said he wasn't from any company.
