Yet another number that is "not connected" - why do the telecommunications providers allow the use of these numbers via the telephone system if THEY KNOW that the number is a fake one? The fact they give you the no-connection spiel means that they can easily tell so why not make it so that it cannot be used in this bloody-minded game of the get-rich-quick morons??!!
