This caller claimed to be from Telstra. She spoke with an accent, possibly Indian, the line was poor with background noise. She claimed that Telstra had switched my Internet over to a public domain and wanted me to access my computer, follow her instructions and supposedly put it back to a private domain. I did not comply and hung up on her after she became angry with me. (Ha ha)
