Caller: Paypal

Fake paypal representative scam.
Initially its an automated call stating they're from Paypal and then the call gets re-directed to some Indian operator.
They claim that someone has attempted to charge an absurd amount of money from my Paypal in the form of Apple gift cards and state that only they can revert the charge.

Easiest way to confirm whether its really Paypal, try to get them to confirm the account details to you. Whether it be the account name, email, phone number or address. They usually only have the phone number and your generic name to scare you into thinking its actually them.
