Caller: Unknown span call I received a call with a very odd automated AI message left on my iPhone filter “ Has an issue, and you need to update your information. Press one for English and 2 for Chinese”

Called but I was unable to answer. Tried calling back and got recorded message " All of our operators are busy, try again later or someone will call you back". Did not identify whom the number or service was.
