Hard to understand male person called from the Commonwealth Bank informed that $400 was taken out of my account at 6:30 this morning and if I had used my account. I said not me however my partner could have and asked what too the do. He told me to secure the account and I said how can I as I shouldn't have an account. He tried to tell me it still was possible and when asked how he hang up. Very bad service
